- Spore count wasn't provided and not all results were communicated.
- They want me to pay again for the lab results and I can't reach them; voicemail.
Didn't tell me all of the results that I was able to get I should have been able to get spore count and wasn't told that I could until it was too late now they want me to pay for the lab results again and I think that they should do it for free I'm trying to get a hold of them but it keeps going to voicemail

Pro-Lab home testing kits are a scam
- Pro-lab, Inc. cashed my check and never completed the analysis; over 6 weeks of runaround.
- BBB lists an F rating for Pro-lab, Inc.
These guys ripped me off and have done the same to many others. They cashed my check and never completed the anlaysis of my samples.
Then they have given me the runaround for over 6 weeks, refusing to submit a refund!
I went to the BBB to complain and that's when I saw that they do this regularly. Take a look at Yelp or the Better Busines Bureau (where they have an F rating). When you are doing the search on either of these sites the name of the company is Pro-lab, Inc.
