Worst customer service ever! Can't return a product!

I bought a batch or 9 or 10 LED ceiling lights. 6 of them have failed within 4 years.

Pretty disappointing for an LED product. It takes hours to get a hold of customer support only to hear that they will not provide me the necessary information to return the light to Lowes under warranty.

They will only give the required info to a Lowes employee. But being that you can never get a hold of anyone at their customer support line, a return is pretty much impossible.
