To Whom It May Concern, Prohealth provides horrific, horrible customer service. Patients cannot EVER speak with a customer representative; pt's are kept on hold for HOURS. When one opts for the call back feature, there is never a callback. I am owed, by Proheath, $25.00 for over payment. I have emailed Proheath in regards to this matter and a female by the name of Jakasta Tavaras responded stating that she is reviewing this matter. I continue to wait for a follow up email from her. As of yet, I have received no refund. I was paying my bill on a monthy payment plan. I payed every month on time, yet I was hounded by Prohealth for my payments. I paid the bill in full; however, I miscalculated and I over payed by $25.00; this was months ago! I would like someone in a supervisory positiion to investigate this matter. I am entitled to a refund and I expect to recieve it. Prohealth is a multimilion dollar co; it's shameful that your service is severely inferior. Just a heads up - discontinue blaming Covid on your horrible service there is no longer a HEALTH CRISIS; hire more employees; I'm sure Prohealth can afford it!! Can't get my covid 19 test results

I went to prohealth care located at 101st Brooklyn NY 11209 telephone 516-622-**** 516-844-**** I've done the covid 19 test about 6 days they called me and left a message for me to call them about my results. I called them and they asked me who called me I don't know but this is the number that they called from . they told me that they couldn't help me. then I went to the office again they couldn't help me. Then I asked for a request call still waiting.
