Discrimination and false advertisement
When a certain group of people get quotes, the company requires additional information from that group. They give you a turnaround time and once you near that time frame, the company tries to say the information was not submitted. Then once you contact the corporate phone number, the recording says an agent will be with you shortly. You never get a live agent, You only get a recording to leave a voicemail. Website says 6 minute quote, but you cannot get the policy for days, if that.
User's recommendation: Document everything and file a lawsuit if you experience any adverse actions.

An apology. an explanation why certain groups experience discrimination and reason why I do not have a policy yet. I lost work hours due to this process. I just picked an address since this was over the phone

The accident happen and and I didnt have car insurance so Im guessing Im going to have to pay you guys.so Im trynna see if I can make a payment arrangement if progressive is to charge me ???
Progressive and cover wallet insurance I purchased a policy through one of these people the ladies name was Megan who sold me the policy and the other guys name I guess is Aaron who is my representative I just found this out I paid in full the amount of the insurance...View full review
