Progressive Auto Relocation has been HOLDING MY CAR for 77 Days!!!

I hired this company to relocate my car, and in all actuality, they are a broker.

They are running a scam!

I should have read Pissed Consumer and Ripoff Report before even thinking about using this company. They have complaints 21 through the BBB. I have never seen a company operate so fraudulently.

Also, they charge $1,000 for the actual delivery (via private carrier / contract) and then charge $500 for themselves, the broker...

They DO NOT answer or return phone calls or emails.

I will definitely do my homework in the future before using such a service.

If you need your car shipped.... DO NOT use Progressive Auto Relocation, Inc.

Progressive relocation, dont trust anything they say

after several conversations with Jason at progressive relocation he put my mind at ease in moving my house hold and a 2000 lb. tool, box he said he would send a truck with a lift gate that could handle the weight, I had 2 more conversations with progressive reps. asking the same question every time will the truck have life gate that can lift my tool box, I was assured that was what I was getting by all, on the day of the move an unmarked truck pull up without a lift gate, after an hour of me knocking down every excuse he could come up with to blame me for the problem and reminding him tool box was in my contract, he stated that he would not move my box for anything less that just under double the quote ($2300 to $4000)that's when I found out they neglected to send me there refund policy or lack there of and he was keeping my $800 deposit

They neglected to send you their refund policy? No, sorry, it's up to the consumer to be aware and get things like this in a contract or writing in advance.
