Foundation repair damaged the water line and sprinkler

Profound foundation repair broke the water line at the edge of the foundation, the front yard flooded with water just hours after the crew left, the plumber said that the line pipe separated as a result of the lifting of the piers. I called Kenny (profound owner), and his response was "look at the fine print on the contract, i'm not responsible for your plumbing" Profound crew also damaged my sprinkler, i hired a technician who confirmed the sprinkler cable was broken at the same location where they dug the hole for the pier Kenny refused to pay for the plumbing repair, and kept ignoring my messages That's not what i expected from a company that claims "customer satisfaction" and "life time warranty"
