Employees here are treated like second class citizens and they expect us to work for free.
- - Pay issues: checks are inconsistent.
- - There is payroll manipulation and hours are cut.
- - Unprofessional behavior, gossip, broken promises drive turnover.
I have worked here for 2 years and I used to love working here and now it has completely changed.
1) Pay
2) The owner, Zandra Jones is a liar and her husband who does the pay roll, Dean cuts your hours before he pays
3) The paychecks are always incorrect and short
4) Zandra likes to yell and belittle you when you do nothing wrong
5) Broken Promises
6) The owner, Zandra gossips with other employees,
7) Thinks that she does not have to pay you when something in the office that you have no control over goes wrong
8) Extremely unprofessional despite the name
9) Yells at you via email and in front of whole staff
10) Very high turn over because of these reasons.
