Not being able to get answers from products from wish that are the wrong product or size and you have to go through major points just to get your point across this is very unnecessary and very unprofe

Carl- the only tech now responsible for service and technical support for the Powerjection III asked me to send my entire unit to him so he could diagnose and fix my dead ECU. After I sent the unit to him he refused to return my phone calls.

I called the company to ask for some help. The response was "Carl is a terrible technician". I can only assume that he duped me into sending my unit to him so he could use it for pieces for other customers. I spent money on shipping and could have used it for pieces for myself.

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND WILL RUN AWAY FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS.
