I have products sitting here brand new and I'm unable to enjoy them because of wrong size or not being able to get information on how to exchange them I mean my money does count as well as others and being professional of this would be admirable in handling customer service

Powerjection III technical support
- - Carl diagnosed the ECU but stopped returning calls.
- - The company called Carl a terrible technician.
- - Do not do business with them.
Carl- the only tech now responsible for service and technical support for the Powerjection III asked me to send my entire unit to him so he could diagnose and fix my dead ECU. After I sent the unit to him he refused to return my phone calls.
I called the company to ask for some help. The response was "Carl is a terrible technician". I can only assume that he duped me into sending my unit to him so he could use it for pieces for other customers. I spent money on shipping and could have used it for pieces for myself.
DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND WILL RUN AWAY FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS.
