Scam and fraudulent business proactices
On 11/13/2021, I requested a locksmith through Professional Locksmith to unlock my vehicle. The technician stated that the charge would be $100, scanned my Visa debit card and stated that he would text the receipt. He then left the scene and when he texted the receipt, the charge was for $150 instead of $100. Professional Locksmith will not take any action, as they do not have any control over the locksmith services they contract. They are just a central number with no real physical location. The locksmith technician will not call me back and was obviously a thief. Do not use Professional Locksmith.
