I bought 2 flat irons from them at fair in Oklahoma City, and they raved about how it is so much hotter and better for your hair than Chi. I have called 3 or 4 times to talk with them about return policy NO RETURN CALL.
I gave one as a gift and the person told me same thing I found out; doesn't get nearly hot enough to get a semi flat hair style. Reason I don't but State Fair items.
