Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Thank you. Good report.
My first $25 gift card from Product Report was back in April, and I made an Amazon order with the $24 with no incident. I got another $25 back on May 21st, and I went to make another order but was declined because Amazon is saying I already used that gift card back in April, meaning they gave me the same gift card code twice. I sent Product Report several emails, but they have yet to respond or even correct their mishaps.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
Had problems with previous balance of account not showing up on account and a survey that was showing only a messenger page I sent prc my old email as well as my current within ten to fifteen minutes the money was transferred into my new survey account with an explanation of my error thanks prc!

Wrong information
They get all your information she then after finish signing up, then they tell you you have entered the wrong email and password. Same as I use everyday! But with them I got my own email wrong.

Question about payment
Never got paid for survey. Took a 3 week survey about cigar use.pay was 50.00 fully completed survey. 2 weeks later..still not paid.

I didn't login my account
I didn't get any password to change my account mail address so pls freeze my account or give me new password and hacker hacked my account I'm not accessing my device password also reset my password threft and finally all my athuntication app also off in my app when I try to login with my device password send to hacker how to i solveit. my account shows account not found i didn't login my account with this device how to solve this ?

Can't log in
Excellent customer service from Josh. He responded quickly and was able to resolve the problem. I'm logged back into my account.

Question about payment
I tried to get in contact with customer service multiple times to help with a question. Called and emailed. No one has responded, and its been days.

Avoid paying via payment options THEY offer
I have been a member of the site for about a year. In that year I've made approximately $50.00.
When I reached the payout limit of $25, the first time, I requested payment via paypal. Within a couple of days I received this message, "Hope all is well! We are processing rewards this afternoon and came across your request. Unfortunately, we are having issues with our PayPal account right now and can only offer payments via paper check.
Please reply to this email confirming the street address where you’d like us to send your check and your legal first and last name. I look forward to hearing from you." I just requested a payout a couple of days ago and sure enough received the same email.
They offer payout via paypal but seem to try and avoid paying that way. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and, after receiving my payment, will deactivate my account.
Preferred solution: Want my money via paypal as I requested and as is one of their options.
Seems fishy
i have reached my the payout amount and ive emailed them several times without getting a response back not sure what the hold up is but they should at least be able to respond back pretty frustrated hopefully i hear from them soon they need to work on their customer service if they want people to think they are legit hoping for the best expecting the worst is usually the approach with sites like this one and others like it be careful people

If you do not have a PayPal address, please let me know if you’d like for us to rush a check to you so it arrives next week or if you’d rather wait 10-14 business days for a pre-paid Visa card.
