Prodigyame still Charge me

Cancel membership

We dont use prodigy anymore and havent for a very long time. I am frustrated because I cant find my account number on my homepage and nobody answers the phone. I want to cancel. I have a year long prescription that needs to be terminated and I definitely wasnt informed soon enough to cancel without worrying that the company is going to try to charge me.

User's recommendation: Impossible to cancel subscription.
