Very bad customer service Procraft Windows
- They mis-measured twice and did not deliver.
- Appointments were missed and equipment left behind.
- They charged more than rivals and gave no apology.
We will never do business with this company again! We thought that we had done due diligence in reviewing their customer statements only to find out that none of it applied to the service we received!
They sent two separate sales/technicians to our home to measure a very basic window then still got it wrong! They never showed up or called for scheduled appointments. They left some of their equipment here and sent strangers to pick it up a day later than they said they would be here. They left the gate open and our dog went on the loose.
They charge more than any other company we contacted with the promise of quality and service yet the window and doors they replaced are nice but Home Depot offers far superior service and commitment to its customers. They gave us not so much as an apology when I complained.
Here it is weeks later and we are still waiting for our window that they mis measure-Twice! Never again ProCraft NEVER AGAIN!
