I have already written a glowing review of PRO Cook customer service . This followed my complaint re the automatic can opener that had been ordered on line did not serve the purpose for which it had been ordered . The customer service was excellent and I received a full refund for can opener and due to this I will continue to purchase items from PROCOOK
User's recommendation: I would recommend Pro Cook to future customers without hesitation.
