Knife handle coming off
Although I had the same problem with a chefs knife the knife was replaced but when I rang about the carving knife they said as the couldnt find my purchase order the guarantee wasnt in effect. I couldnt find the receipt for the chefs knife but it didnt matter as I bought the knife a few years ago I have no chance of finding the receipt

I have already written a glowing review of PRO Cook customer service . This followed my complaint re the automatic can opener that had been ordered on line did not serve the purpose for which it had been ordered . The customer service was excellent and I received a full refund for can opener and due to this I will continue to purchase items from PROCOOK
