Bold face liars

Your not gonna believe this. I will keep this as brief as possible. I have a outdoor swing glider from my late father in law. You can get these new at lowes or home depo for about $100 Due to it sentimental value, we decided to get it powder coated and a rusted spot re-welded in order to save this swing. So I take it to ProCoat Plus in Cleveland, TN. They quote me $20 for the weld spot and $120 to powder coat the entire swing. OK more than a new but I decide to do it. When I dropped it off, they said they were real busy with Volkswagon but will try and get to it soon. Fine I said. I begin calling once a week after the 3rd week to check the status. Here are the various weekly status updates they gave me. 1) they were able to get it sandblasted this week 2) they just got the broken piece welded and will try to powder coat it this week 3) it's not ready because after baking the metal, it bubbled up in the weld spot. They will have to redo it 4) they are still having problems with the weld. Something to do with a zinc metal primer that they are going to have to use 5) still not ready. They did not have time to get to it this week. At this point it has been almost 2 months. So I told them I was coming to pick up the swing. I get there in a few hours, expecting to at least pay the $20 for the welding but wasn't sure if I was going to have to pay anything for the attempted work. When I saw the swing, my mouth dropped. NOT A SINGLE THING HAD BEEN DONE. NOT WELD SPOT, NO SANDBLASTING NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING. It was still layer out they way I dropped it off. Can you believe the bold face lies from a company? Never never never take any of your business to this company.
