I was lied to multiple times

My husband had passed away, and my business was taken for me to be put into probate. I was in need of a Loan I was told from the very beginning that it would only take 24 hours in the money would be in my account that was a lie.

It took two weeks and I didnt even get the whole amount. I was only given $40,000 and I was told that the other 50,000 would be put into my account within the week. My house that I live in was up for sale and I was told that as soon as it was listed and as soon as they can verify it that I would get the remaining amount and what happened was I did everything they asked, and they had a contract that I signed, showing that I only received But the catch was it also showed that I would be receiving 50,000 more. My house now has a lien on it for a total amount of $90,000.

I have asked them to redo the contract if they were not going to give me the remaining amount and they told me that as soon as the house so that they be giving me the remaining amount and then I would be responsible for the entire amount I explained to them why would I want to $50,000 once my house sales because Im in no longer need of it and they told me pretty much that they werent gonna do anything about it.

I needed to hire an attorney if that is in criminal I dont know what is They lied several times. The first line was the money would be in my account within 24 hours I still havent received the other 50,000 the second line was they dont run background checks while they ran my background check and they used it against me later on my house is valued at more than $900,000 so it was a scam from the get dont trust this company
