Over charge me for restocking fee
I ordered four items from this company, only 3 were shipped, (1 Rane turntable and 2 gator bags) the other one was pending (1 Rane turntable). I opened all three of the merchandise, a week later I decided to send all three back, never could get an answer when the other turntable would be shipped. I was told If I dont have original packaging the company will not received those items, because the company cant resell the products if its not in the original package. After reading the return policy, the policy states, if merchandise thats not in original package, customer will be charge a 15% restocking fee. Therefore I shipped all three items back, three weeks later I got a refund and was charged a 40% restocking fee of all four and only three were shipped to me open and shipped back. Im being overcharged according to it policy and charged a restocking fee for an item I never received. This company sells B-stock all year long at maybe 10% off, so charge me 40%, make money off me, which is almost half, then turn around and sell the product for $80-$100 off, it called B stock products. B-stock means its new but not in original package. Bad for business, they just lost a good customer.

Wrong advice, bad customer experience.
Purchased May 9, 2017 Watch who you buy from! iNuke amps work great but watch who you buy frim. I needed a replacement amp for a gig the following week. Since ProAudio Star is in NY, and I was in NJ, I took a chance on purchasing from them (instead of Sweetwater (Indiana) who I have bought from for years without a hitch, even though I was passing up Sweetwater's 2 year warranty).. I can tell you, the customer experience form ProAudio Star was the worst that I have experienced in many years and definitely the worst through Amazon. After speaking and explaining to their customer service department that I wanted the iNuke PA amp with 4 channels (prior to ordering), he told me I had the right product. When I got the product, I quickly found out that it was 2 channel amp. I called them back and told them they sent me the two channel amp instead of the four and that I need to exchange it for the four channel amp (which by the way, is the same price), they put me on hold numerous times while the representative checked with a number of people. Finally, after all that, he came back and told me that they don't carry the four channel amp. I asked him to send me a return authorization and immediately ordered the amp from Sweetwater and received the CORRECT amp in three days. I noticed that it was my responsibility to pay the shipping back and when I called and asked they said the mistake was clearly my fault and that their customer service rep would never have said that to me (I guess I didn't know what I was asking for). So I paid the postage and then, on top of that, they shorted my refund. When I contacted them, they sent me an email telling me to read their return policy. They also charged me a restocking fee. In one email they told me it was my fault, that is why I had to pay the shipping. Then in another email they said they didn't charge me shipping but only a restocking fee. I would call them a disreputable dealer. I am sure they will come on here and try to dispute everything that I said (just a hunch) but then they will force me to publish the emails that that show them lying. I posted here because Amazon won't let you include bad service in their reviews and they give you only a few short lines to say anything about the company. My recommendation is to use Sweetwater )or almost anyone else). Use this company at your own risk. I will never use them again.
