Resolved: I have to apologize for my bad review.
It was my mistake..
My e-mail said that my order had been delivered. When I checked, the package was not where the delivery person said it would be.
I was angry and thought that I had been scammed. Please accept my apology. One of my neighbors caught a porch pirate taking off with the package. She stopped him and put the package in the janitors closet.
I flew off the handle and I want to say I am sorry. I retrieved my package and it was exactly what I wanted and needed. I have been searching for this particular knee support and PTS was the only place I was able to find it.
Again, please accept my apology. And if necessary post this apology.

I think this company is a con.
Ordered two knee braces. E-mail says they were delivered.

False advertising
My doctor had recommended the brand AirCast so I ordered an AirCast Surround Tennis Elbow Band from Pro Therapy Supplies. On the packing ticket, the description stated "AirCast Surround Tennis Elbow Universal."
I received a DonJoy Tennis Elbow Band.
When I complained to the company, I was told that it's the same thing.
But why was AirCast written on the packing ticket? When I google searched the AirCast band, I saw that AirCast is written on their bands whereas mine simply has Surround on it (maybe a Chinese copy?).
This is not a huge dollar amount but the company is definitely deceiving the customer.
Fast and Free Shipping
Purchased a Saunders cervical traction unit suggested by my PT for in-home traction. Pro Therapy had the best price I found on it.
Shipping was free, and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Best part is being able to do traction whenever I need it! The product is exactly the same unit my PT uses at their office. Since I use the unit in my PT office a few times, I have no issue setting up the unit.
I was able to use it immediately after it was delivered to my door.
This unit is a life saver and I am so happy with my purchase! Will shop again at Pro Therapy.
BUYER BEWARS
If you visit this online business you will see they have a 'no hassle return policy' in place. This may give you enough confidence to make a purchase.
Yet if you find yourself needing to return an unused/unopened product you must complete an online return form & this is where the hassling begins. You learn there are several criterion set in place to prevent you from ever being awarded a merchandise return number, which is the very thing you need to be able to receive reimbursement. This will be withheld from you and no arguing sanity will cause this fraudulent business to compensate you fairly.
I recommend you instead make your online purchases at Amazon or thru PayPal. ..or any system that has customer protections in place.

Ordered insoles item received was defective. Several calls to Pro Therapy were not returned.
Promised a return label and refund. Never received label.

Scammed for nothing
This company scammed me out of $18.34 in expedited shipping and a restocking fee, similar to the previous complainant. I ordered an Oto-Vent and paid extra to have it reach me in 3 days.
It took 5 days, in which time I was no longer at the shipping address, nor did I need the item anymore. So I called the company and they instructed me to have the item returned, unopened. They promised a full refund. Instead of a refund of the full $34.32, they refunded only $15.98.
They took $2.82 for a "restocking fee," and they never refunded my shipping. A complaint with PayPal was unable to resolve the dispute.
The company answers the phone and says I'm supposed to get this refund, but it has been three months. They lied to me and have not taken responsibility for their business mistakes.

I ordered some orthotic shoe insoles. Had a promo code to save 15% AND I got free shipping. My order arrived and naturally I thought that was the end of my transaction. HA! A few weeks later I receive an email from their "customer service" dept claiming that they "forgot" to charge me $15.88. I wrote back to customer service asking for a detailed itinerary to show me exactly what the $15.88 charge was for. Never heard back. I then wrote back again instructing them to NOT charge my credit card until they contacted me. Never heard back from them. I then check my bank account status and see that they did in fact charge me an additional $15.88. I called my bank and demanded that they reverse the charge. While on the phone with my bank, my bank informs me that Pro Therapy Supplies not only charged me once for the $15.88, but Pro Therapy Supplies had the $15.88 charge set up as a RECURRING MONTHLY charge. WTF!?!? Again I demanded to my bank that they remove that recurring charge as well.
My bank is currently investigating the situation.
I can't believe this company is scamming people like that! I thought for sure that customer service would reach out to find out why their charge didn't go through. I have yet to hear a peep out of them.

Resolved: Admit they don't have item, up-sold, then sent nothing. They ignore/do not respond to calls or emails.
Thanks to posting to this site, and a few others, the company finally did the right thing and sent me the order. They also added a special item for my issues, a jump rope.
I didn't request it and It probably didn't cost them much, but I'll take it.
They left me a message stating that there must have been a "miscommunication" and that they didn't "claim" the additional payment that I made. Whatever that means. Note: I had sent them copies of my paypal receipt that I made the initial payment, and the additional payment. The only "miscommunication" was that they chose to ignore all of my emails and phone messages.
Looking now, I see that they have finally removed the listing of the item, that they don't have and can't get.
I still suggest not dealing with this company, but if you have and are also having issues with this company, post here and other review sites to get them to take action.
This nightmare has finally ended for me. Will you be next?
I ordered two items from this seller from a 3rd party site. About a week after payment I was notified by the seller that they do not have the item, and cannot get it.
They offered for me to spend extra money for a more expensive item that they could get. I reluctantly did so. After receiving my additional money, they have not shipped the items, (nearly a month after purchase) and they ignore/do not respond to repeated emails and telephone calls I am making every couple days. I am in the process of attempting to complain with the 3rd party site and get a resolution.
Note: despite admitting that they do not have the product, and cannot get it, they are still offering the item for sale. It looks like they are attempting to de-fraud the next sucker like they have done to me.
It is a nightmare dealing with this company.

They don't have the products they sell you.
I placed two separate orders for oval eye pads and received gauze pads instead. They first told me the would send a prepaid return envelope and refund my money.
When that didn't happen they told me to keep the product and they would refund my money, well that has also failed to happen.
I never got a reasonable explanation as to why i never received they eye pads or if they even have them.
I was told it was a computer glitch but was never offered the actual product i ordered in the first place.
Their prices are great but what good is that if you never get the product.

I placed an order for an exercise ball. There were multiple delays with getting it shipped out with no proactive updates from their customer service.
After finally receiving the item over a week and a half late, I had to send it back since the specs were incorrect.
It has now been over two weeks since the items was delivered to them and I keep on waiting on my refund. I send them emails every 2 days asking for updates and every time, Grace, their customer service rep keeps on telling me that returns department will need to contact me to let me know when they might be able to issue a refund. I have asked her multiple times to have someone from returns department contact me directly, but she just keeps on replying with the same generic message saying that there is nothing she can do for me since returns department is the one trying to figure out where the package it.
I am not sure I understand what her role is, since she is unable to actually do anything for me and the returns department apparently cannot contact me directly to give me information. I also don't understand why I am responsible for them losing my package. It has now been over two weeks since confirmed delivery. If they lost it, they should just write it off and refund me my money, without having me wait.
Terrible customer service. I am surprised Amazon.com is even allowing them as a vendor.
Pro Therapy Supplies rip off customers
Placed an order with Pro Therapy Supplies at Duluth, Georgia. They sent a wrong item and told us we could replace another item without any extra charges.
We did not like the items they sent because one item was defective. We ended up having to pay a 10% restocking fee plus shipping charge of more than $10. We would be much better off ordering the same items from Amazon.com I do not believe this company will last long. Their returning policy is simply no good, just like that of Sears and see what happened to Sears.
It is amazing that they did not seem to care about the good wills of their customers.
They told us it would be our responsibilities to read their returning policy before ordering. In a way, they were right because we would not order anything from them any more.

Hello: We apologize that we didn't give you enough information to confirm DJO is the manufacture of Aircast. If you google DJO Global, it should take you to their website which you can find their list of brands.
