Illegal operations by ProSmart Services - Movers
- - Arrival time was changed after paperwork; they threatened a tip.

The men I hired changed the time of arrival AFTER my husband signed the paperwork with the correct time. Then they extorted money from me by threatening to keep the wrong times if I gave them a tip. I don't mind tipping, but I strongly resent being forced into it. The legal definition for Extortion is "the crime of obtaining money or property by threat to a victim's property or loved ones, intimidation, or false claim of a right."
I reported this and was contacted by John Ismagulov, a Manager with the company who promised to send a check if I withdrew my complaint from Yelp. Two months later I still have not received a check or any answer from John Ismagulov.
