We ordered jerseys for our brand new 8U baseball team from Reed at pro player things were looking great they sent us jerseys to have the kids try on, we sized all the kids, ordered our jerseys and paid. when the jerseys showed up they were nowhere near the right sizes, they were completely different sized than the test jerseys they had sent us we sent pictures to Reed.

that was almost 5 months ago! He promised to re-order and has been stringing us along with alleged: delayed shipping, shipping going to the incorrect spot, shipping canceled, even reorders. we are now over halfway through our season and we have not received any jerseys for our kids. They are playing in T-shirts even though all of our parents paid money to have nice jerseys for the kids.

This company is completely disgraceful. Reed is an awful sales manager.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT, buy jerseys for your children from these guys, they are an absolute joke! message me if you want me to send over 30 emails of promising our jerseys will be here that week or the next day or BLAH BLAH BLAH

We have been waiting 12 weeks for our uniforms now and still havent received anything. I keep getting the they will be there Friday answer. I have no idea what Friday we are talking about!!!!

Ordered Fallball team Softball uniforms 2 months ago. Still havent gotten them.

Season will end soon. Each player's parent paid almost $300 for the uniform package. I'm always the one reaching out for updates.

Have been told 3 different times they were being shipped out. All 3 times I reached back out for tracking info and was given a different story as to why they havent shipped but that they will ship "this week." Same thing for the last 3 weeks.

I ordered a team sweatshirt and paid shipping to my address one month prior to the holidays. They sent the wrong size and then sent it to the baseball facility instead of my house, to which they charge no shipping on bulk orders.

Not only was this the wrong size after I spoke to them twice, they sent the Xmas present to the facility so it was visible to my son. Following this, they didn't even inform me it was there. I'm still waiting for the correct size and they've done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. Do not waste your time with this company.

It is an embarrassment to call them local.

With all of the competition out there, you would be better served elsewhere. Nikolai and the sales department are completely useless.

This company is trash. They take the money right out of your account for the product then that ship it when they feel the need too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You have a better chance of trying to make the product yourself.

I contacted this company in January about Baseball and Football uniforms I was working with Todd Scholtz, I originally contacted them in January I got my uniforms, processed another order for the parents shirts that took about 4 weeks after I paid for them to get, now its August and I'm still waiting on 4 shirts that I have already paid for Todd was so bad at keeping in contact with I was switch to Don Howarth he started out okay then he got worse I've called and left messages with one of the owners and they haven't called me back. I had to give some of my parents there money because its taking so long, I had to find another place to do my Football uniforms because I can trust this Company to keep there word as far as I'm concern they STOLE money from my TEAM. think twice Please before working with Don or Todd

took a week to ship product and I paid for 3-7 business days. So it showed up around 11 days after ordering.

If you want the merchandise in a timely manner....order somewhere else. The product was for a camp my son was attending...needless to say, he didnt have the equipment for the camp.

purchased a gold soccer ball from "Santa" and a week later was told it was unavailable from warehouse. It is now March 10th and I have been the one to still communicate first for something I was still promised which was initially for Christmas.

Anyone that Doesn't keep a promise from Santa is not worth anyones time. Mind you a gold soccer ball is very difficult to find and this has been a very upsetting and disappointing experience.

I have several emails from this website stating they have been speaking with warehouse about this product, yet no product. Just tell me truth that you can't fulfill your promise!
