Pro Marine Supplies – PAYPAL CASE FILED
- Rude service; orders canceled when requesting a different item.
- Refunds were inconsistent; PayPal case filed and almost $300 tied up for weeks.
Do NOT BUY anything online from this company!
Ordered a simple chemical – figured out i miss calculated and ask for more of a different item – Rude Help, was told NOPE, cancel your Order and reorder it.
Then the run-around to get my money back started!
EVEN EMAILED THEM WITH screen shots of my paypal case and they haven’ a clue.
Nobody there has a clue what the other person writes.
Have been told 3 different answers by 2 diff people about my refund.
Had to create a CASE THRU PAYPAY to get my money back -
FIVE DAYS later still not feedback THRU PAYPAL – even tho their customer “Dis-Service” thinks it’b being processed!
CLUELESS THESE GUYS ARE – SPEND Almost $300 there and this money has been TIED UP IN DRAMA FOR almost 3 WEEKS NOW!
