Poor service

I ordered online at, it was during an online sale. It was a birthday gift so time was of the essence. I felt comfortable it would be delivered in time because their shipping policy stated... Pro Hockey Life orders take 24 to 48 hours to process and ship (business days). Unfortunately this was not the case and they did not honor that policy. I emailed customer service numerous times and got no response. By this time the birthday was past. I called their customer service # and heard all the representatives were busy with other callers. I remained on hold for over an hour but no representative answered. I called be just before closing and spoke to a customer service representative who informed me that they had been busy because of the sale and assured me my order would be processed soon. Again I wait, this was not the case because I noticed on the website they change shipping policy to Pro Hockey Life orders take 5-7 business days to process and ship. At this point, I a unhappy with their service and if this is how they treat loyal customers then I will shop elsewhere. It's appalling and ridiculous how this company and it's associate companies, and Canadian Tire corporation do business.
