Bait and switch
I used them, and was billed over $1000 which said I would get 3 years, (36 months) of security and support for that time. I start getting calls near the end of that time saying I am going to be auto-enrolled for 5 years (60 months) for a cost of $6,800 which is to be auto-debited unless I cancel.
When I call to cancel I am told the $6800 I have NOT been charged is for the original 3 years of "protection." Nothing was said of this at all. Don't use these scam artists.
User's recommendation: Don't use these scam artists
I have been a "client" for over 10 years, and still did not learn my lesson.
This company relies on scare tactics and intimidation to find and keep their clients. I cringe when I think of how many times I was led to believe that my computer was hacked and I was either exposed to *** sites, unknown people had applied for hundred of thousands of dollars in loans, and of course-- the Russians had taken control of all our accounts since the invasion of Ukraine.
Yes, I was also told that after I paid at least $3,000 to this bogus company that I would NEVER need another thing, and was eternally protected.
NONE OF THEIR PROMISES WERE TRUE. Sadly, when I was faced with their threats that my life would be destroyed if I did not incorporate their latest protective software, I gave in, after I was too scared not to. I will never understand the kind of callous, indifferent and utterly immoral personalities that run this operation. I of course, feel like a fool-- ignoring my own instincts-- please do not be taken in with a hope that most people are sincere-- its simply not true.
They target their victims-- older, not computer savvy and easily intimidated. One can only hope that KARMA will work against them

Verified Reviewer | Hyattsville, MarylandREQUESTING A REFUND OF PAYMENT ($799.00) MADE IN AUGUST 2020
I had your company work on my computer in August 2020 and was told that I needed Service Repair + Permanent Coverage (Firewall and Support) before being charged $799.00. Sometime after that I was called and told that there were problems.
I allowed your people to get into my computer then after evaluating I was told that I needed to buy something else expensive to correct the problem. I told the individual that I did not have that kind of money but he continue to insist and eventually lowered the price somewhat. I still did that agree to make a payment. He kept insisting so I turned my computer off.
Later I tried to use the computer and was having all kinds of problems. That continued for several day so I logged back in to your company and the person on call helped to give me back control of my computer.
After that experience, I lost all confident in your company and tried to discontinue any work with you. Then I employed another company to take care of my computer and I texted a long text to 1-877=698-**** (the only phone # I had) requesting my refund. After that, I have had numerous calls almost every day asking to get into my computer to take care of some problems.
Problems that don't exist according to my new company.
I paid $799.00 to Merchant- Vista Marketing in August 2020 for life time service, therefore, I asked for a full refund of my money. Then if I don't get the refund in a reasonable time I will be turning the matter over to my attorneys.
Thanks for your consideration,
Joseph Taylor

Scammed
I was threatened into purchasing this product to the tune of 1499.99 , the salespeople scared me I should have known better , I had to scrub my computer and change all of my banking this has been going on since July, and now they are calling me 3 and 4 times a day. With the last call a Mr Williams threatened me physically and my family.
They have an East Indian or Pakistani accent .
We blew a whistle in his ear this last time because we are tired of being harassed . All of this was on VM...
Preferred solution: stop hounding me.

Scam - CyberCrime
This company is part of scam that starts with hackers installing malware on your computer that then generates a pop-up 'warning' that your computer has a serious virus and you MUST call this number to resolve. Then they sell you on a very expensive package to clean your computer and provide support service.
The company claims to be in West Hollywood but is not. I believe the hub is in Spain.
User's recommendation: Do not do anything with this company - it's not a legitimate company or service.
