Requested a refund and cancel subscription but they changed the policy in March of 2025 but left the auto renew enabled.

I feel this is an unjustified business practice!

Now Im billed for $120 subscription I wont use. I understand the need to change things but auto enable the renew feature once a policy has been changed is bad business practice in my opinion.

I received a questionnaire on my phone in Jan. Or Feb.

for me to renew. I decided not to this year. But felt pretty sure I would in the future. The calls I made to speak to someone went unanswered.

But I was charged $79.99 without permission. No one ever called me back to talk about this after numerous calls. I need for this charge to be taken off my credit card for this year.

Any problems you can call me at 513 382 ****. I was at your address in Cincinnati but was unable to get in touch with anyone there.
