Verified ReviewerFalse advertising, Hormel rebate is not free.
False advertising, Hormel rebate is not free. The rules add that its limited to 2000 rebates, but they produced tons of rebate labels and left them on the package after they had already reached the 2000 limit.
Im quite sure that there are thousands of people upset at this point.

Lost check
Received letter about lost check. Is this a scam?
Your company is a fraud
I buy gatorades, enter codes, and no points are awarded, send emails and no response, call the phone number and no one answers. I want a manager to call me at 843 535 ****
They are a SCAM!
Prize logic currently is running a contest promotion with mountain Dew call beat the buzzer. You buy Mountain Dew products, sending you receipts, and get points.
That you can then use on certain prizes. Their own rules and regulations say they will credit points within 48 to 72 hours. But during this promotion I have repeatedly not gotten my points have not crefited until a week later and numerous customer service complaints. Also they don't answer the customer service complaints for 10 days to two weeks.
To me that equals horrible customer service. Once I went so far as to send emails to every vice president listed on their website. Then I finally got a little bit of customer service.
It is a shame you have to go to such extremes but after reading about prizelogic horrible scamming history on the internet, I am NOT surprised. I am just surprised that reputable country companies still use these chumps.
No way to contact them?
They say I won a prize of $1,000.00 per month for 1 year. a total of $12,000.00.
So I faxed my social security # to 480-579-****. From my bank, where I had it notified. And they hesitated to fax it, but did. I have heard nothing since, and I am VERY worried!!
Can anyone tell me if this is their fax number, or give me a good phone number?? OMG....100 words?? ATTN: Fulfillment Operations 25200 Telegraph Road,MI 48033 Southfield,MI 48033 This address and the fax number above is my only contact info.
Can anyone help me?? Please lt me know.

Resolved: No Rebate - Approved Aug 8, 2016
How Did I Get the Issue Resolved?
Multiple e-mails which indicated I did not receive my rebate.
Held them to their rebate time frames. Every time they email me, stating that I would receive my rebate in 2, 6, or 8 weeks ect, whatever time frame they choose, I would email them back as soon as the time expired, then the process would start all over again.
I did this at least 6 times over an 8 month period. In addition, I contacted the place of purchase to find out if I was the only one having this issue. They indicated I was NOT, and that they have multiple customers with the same rebate issue.
I copied the merchant on all my emails and correspondence to Samsung. They contacted there Samsung rep multiple times on my behalf and became, and are, actively involved in the multiple rebate cases affecting there customers.
March 6, 2017: After almost 8 month, I received my rebate. Unfortunately, I know many others still waiting, one has been over a year.
My advise, stay away from anything involving a rebate from Samsung.
I have a lot of their products and have had one issue with a microwave which turned into a nightmare trying to get it serviced. Thankfully, the store I purchase it from, resolved the issue.
update 2-15-17: Playing kick the can down the road. I received an email almost 4 weeks ago stating my rebate had been mail and I would receive it within 2 weeks.
2 weeks and no rebate. Emailed them again, received an email again. They want my mailing address. I replied with my mailing address, for the 3rd time.
Again, got a reply that my rebate is in the mail and I should receive it within 2 weeks. I'm already a week in and still no rebate.
I been waiting on my $400 Samsung appliance rebate since I was approved on August 8, 2016. It now January 16, 2017 and no rebate.
I've contacted Samsung by phone and email. Email Correspondence: I emailed the following Will I get a notice that it is being sent, so I know roughly when to expect it.? As its has been, and as it is setup now, I have no idea if its been sent. It would be nice to know for me, and the other 20 or so customers in this area that haven't receive there rebates either.
We have all purchased Samsung appliances from the same store around the same time frame. Their Responce: Hello, Thank you for your patience. This process may take a few weeks, and you can expect to receive your reissued Visa card within approximately 3-4 weeks. Your Visa card will be sent to the address that you have provided via regular mail, and we cannot provide tracking information.
Your Visa card will be sent to you from (return address): I keep periodically checking back with the store I purchased the appliances from, just to see if anyone else has received their rebates. No one has.
Is anyone else have this problem? 6-8 week time frame for a rebate has turned into 5 months and counting.
- Excuses
- Inability to quickly track rebate diatributions
Preferred solution: Send rebate or Give me a 5 year extended warranty on all the qualifying rebate appliances I bought. This is what my rebate money was going to be applied to.
Samsung 50" TV
We got the buy two Samsung phones, get a free 50" smart TV. We got the free TV within the 6-8 weeks, but when we got it, we pulled it out the box it was completely broken the screen was cracked.
The truck driver just left it in the driveway, no on signed for it. I sent them the email with pictures 5 different times before they replied. Now, we're waiting for a return label. It's supposed to come via email, but haven't received it yet.
It's been @ 3 weeks.
I wish Samsung would have handled this themselves, or Verizon. Hope they send it soon bye

Followed all promotional steps with purchase of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from Verizon. I wanted an S2, but they e-mailed me confirmation saying it was a Gear VR.
I tried to fix error on their part through e-mails and phone calls to no avail. I have not spoken to a single person. They are ripping me off! I got this phone and followed the promotion directions exactly as they requested.
They are now not fulfilling their part of the promotion.
I understand that promotions and rebates are a pain, but I have never had a company treat me so poorly. I feel like I am dealing with a scam from a third-world country.

Verizon Samsung Buy 2 S7 get free 50 inch TV
I followed the steps and even received email from Verizon saying that I should receive my TV in 3-6 weeks. That was on July 27.
It is now 9/30/2016 and I still have no TV. I signed up for this promotion on 6/10/2016. Verizon said it will be 8-12 weeks for the whole process. Prizelogic is saying they don't care what Verizon says that I have to keep waiting because it is 8-12 weeks fro July 27.
I am so frustrated and blame Verizon for even dealing with this shady company. I won't be doing business with them again and warn anyone that enters a promotion that Prizelogic handles, you will never get what you were promised.
Samsung Verizon Prizelogic S7 / S2 watch FRAUD!!
Same experience for me.....ordered the s2 watch via the Verizon online S7 promotion 2 days after it began back in March. In June, 3 months later, I received a plastic magnifying glass instead.
Been calling Samsung/Verizon/Prizelogic on a weekly basis since then (now Aug. 4th) and only getting the run-around with no success. They claim I will receive a call in 3-4 days from the "escalation dept"....hasn't happened yet. They've even given me around 5 different "transaction id numbers".....one each time I call.
The next call I make they tell me that number is no good.
complete FRAUD and will cost Verizon and Samsung thousands of dollars in lost revenue from me over the following years. All because of an outdated plastic watch they refuse to send....WOW, nice business ethics Verizon/Samsung.

I’ve notified management and the meat department in the grocery store and they refused to take these stickers of the packaging. It’s still advertised a month later.
