- - Parcel sent Friday 18 Oct to a London recipient; tracking showed no updates.
- - Recipient demands refund due to late delivery; RM support says parcel is in a depot and calls were costly.
I dispatched a parcel on Friday 18th Oct to recipient that lives probably 10 miles away in London at a post office.
This transaction was done snoothly at the PO and later I reviewed the tracking updates and there was no updates as the service I used was the 48 postal service.
Meanwhile the recipient contacted me this week concerned that the parcel had not arrived at its due date and is demanding a refund.
At my cost Ive contacted the RM customer service number but just get role on the automated system that Royal Mail has my parcel and its on its way.
Today, a week later I rang the number 0345 74**** to be told the same thing its with them and its on its way.
Also I rang the very expensive phone line 090026**** at £2.50 per minute and spoke with an agent who after 5 mins tells me my parcel is stuck in a depot and he would need my details to have it dispatched to the recipient. I asked had I not phoned would the parcel still be there at the depot and he said most probably.
After 8 mins on the phone I had to hand up as it was costing me money and frustration. A very bad experience all round of Royal Mail.

Ed, we contracted for repiping job at my property, 7777 Smoke Trail and
job was completed Oct 27, 2021.
Job included hookup of LP tankless water heater.
While job was being done, I inquired as to whether an in line cartilage filter should be installed. You said filter wasnt necessary.
Initially for a few weeks, hot water was present when demand was called for in all outlets. Then sporadically no hot water. I requested service call which resulted in replacing shower control.
This was accomplished Mar 22, 2022. My cost $250 which i paid. Hot water again but only sporadically.
Again on Aug 3, 2022, I requested another service call telling me I needed to replace iginition batteries. I did as requested putting in two new D cell batteries.
Hot water ignited when I turned on car port sink hot water. But kitchen nor bathroom shower failed to ignite to produce hot water. I was charged $90 and promptly paid the service call. So far in addition to the original repiping job, I have remitted some $2850.00 to your company.
Conversations with Thermomate tankless heater people always comes back that there is a back flow/pressure situation prevention ignition even tho igniter clicks when hot water demand is asked for.
All your service calls indicated there wasnt a back flow/pressure condition.
Yet in all service calls, there hasnt been one time when a visual inspection of the plumbing underneath the house. I am of the age that I cant inspect the plumbing myself nor should I.
My feeling is there is a cold water line connected to a hot water line resulting in back pressure/flow situation.
NOTE: prior to the repiping project by you, I didnt have any problem with hot water in any of bathrooms nor kitchen sink.
I am not at property all the time meaning I come y go y living without hot water isnt a big deal during summer. Winter is coming y I want hot water. This isnt a request to be taken lightly.
I am sending this narrative to Thermomate.
Repeatedly they have stated a back flow/pressure is causing the heater not to light.
I have changed out the heater unit y same no ignition occurs. I isolate heater from house plumbing as per their instructions y the heater fires off.
I am requesting a no charge under house inspection of the plumbing to confirm there is or there isnt a cold water line connected to hot water line.
Please acknowledge what actions you intend.
Surely we can find/repair this hot water situation between ourselves.

Praise to script writers of Lucifer

I do not know how to reach the people who continued the Lucifer Series, but I can only wholeheartedly agree with the actors - I wanted to praise the sequels...
I am in Austria, Europe (City of Vienna), and I simply wanted to congratulate Warner Brothers on the series of Lucifer. After season 4, I was very interested in how the 5th season would proceed.
Normally, sequels are not as good as the originals. But I must say that thanks to the script writers, the tension and the interesting work of Close and Lucifer is continued, all episodes of season 5 are greatly adhering to the first seasons in great dialogues, fantastic acting and great scenes and plots.
I know that there will be a 6th season, so, please, keep up the great scripts and the super stories!
I am a great, great enthusiastic fan of the series!
