Biggest Mistake of My life
I hired Pristine Lakeside Chapel in Jonesboro, GA to carry out our wedding plans. From day one I got so many mixed and wrong messages from information about decor options to noise ordinances, and more!
This was actually the "tame" part. When I raised concerns about what I was experiencing, the staff turned things around and blamed me, criticized, and insulted me and my family. I have never been met with so much disrespect or seen people behave in the way they did.
It was really unreal. Beyond that, I felt there was an integrity breech when I was promised to receive my money back and the offer was later retracted citing reasons of "mis-speaking." I cannot recommend this place to any couple planning a wedding.
