Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My computer technician helped me solve.

Prisma health first customer service agent offered on help. After the third call to different agents one understood what my outside computer tech had told me.The first Prisma agent would not speak loud enough that I could understand her and kept saying it was my problem.

poor attitude toward my problem. She kept saying i need "ax" somebody else.
