After six months and two days of use, a tire developed a huge bulge in the sidewall. After meeting all of Priority Tires' requests, such as photos, a letter from the installer stating it was a manufacturer's defect, and the tread depth, Priority Tire claimed the manufacturer denied replacement due to the assumption that I hit something.
This is totally inaccurate. Do not buy from Priority Tire, or purchase any Cooper junk tires!

I paid for my return label and I received a QR code that FedEx said does not work please contact me I'm trying to get this done as soon as possible so I don't get stuck with these tires I know I have 90 days but 90 days too soon is not soon enough for me My email is Michelle3354 @***.net

Lost 1 of my vercelli Mt Terrence tires 265** ** says fed ex list it well just SHIP me a other tire to 800 e elm st walnutridge ar 72476 so I can get these mounted up and not be running on old tires not good

You lost the first pair of tires and sent the wrong ones the second time so I paid 62 or 68 dollars to return and you want me to pay another 78 dollars to get my new tires RETURN OR REFUND MY MONEY

Placed a order threw KMart website the order was fulfilled by Priority Tire but for some odd reason when I go to check the status of my order it keep saying my order was canceled threw FedEx tracking number that was sent to me . My question is why was my order canceled and if it still will be sent I have not been sent another tracking number just have a date of July 11 2023 it will arrive.

Have not received my tires order them 5 days ago. Called FedEx they have not received the tires All they have is a tracking number.
Called priority tires to talk to them about it and they tell me all they can do is send emails to see where they were sent to or if they've been sent told them I want my money back they told me that they would look into it. I will never ever ever order anything from these people again

Wrong tires sent
Wrong tire was sent not even the same brand or size that was ordered and cant wait for a new set to get here have to have tires now tired to contact customer service with no luck and I have emailed and no response

I WAS WONDERING IF I COULDI EXCHANGE THE TIRES I ORDERED FOR A
I ORDERED SOME TIRES 245 ** ** FOR MY WIFE 2011 NISSAN MAXIMA SV BUT WHEN I WENT TO INSTALL THEM THE GUY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO STUB. SO COULD I EXCHANGE THEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE TIRE THAT WOULD WORK ON THIS VEHICLE.

Very disappointed
Ordered tires Dec.12 sent the wrong tires had to be sent back. Three weeks later I received my correct order except 1 tire was incorrect.
Had to call again to get the correct tire. Company said they would expedite tire , still no tire a week later. Not willing yo refund any money for the dissatisfaction and the wait.
It has been a very inconvenient experience. I have ordered feom you several times but will no longer give you my service.

called company before purchase.
when two new tires arrived after one week of waiting , tires were DOT date were seven years old-
liens and cheaters-
i called them- they wanted tires back to refund money- the issues are:
- they lied-
- i waited 1 week-
- i have state inspection due in one day , june 30
- they could have fed ex new tires in one day no
more than 2 years old and it did not happen
liers ! this is fraud and theft of my money

Can't reach anyone during office hours by phone, text nor email. Never received my tracking number.
Never dealt with customer service like this & not able to speak or reply to any one. Really need a response because I've been waiting PATIENTLY especially when I was referred to the company for being good...disappointing.

NO resolution-they sold me a seven year old tires as a new 2-3 year old tire- I even called and had talkedd to their redp. prior to my purchase.
they are liers !! do not do business with them !!

they also only agreed to refund $50 and I had no choice but to accept since mt state inspection was due immediatly.
Then they emaile me and said that no check will be sent out.
Stay away from these lier who took $280 which was the same price as walmart.
Fraud and lies...stay away -Do do not do business with Priority tire
