Verified Reviewer |Can not get access to my Account and can not get into Lounges
I was not able to get into the lounge in Atlanta on 1/29/2025. I gave my account number, since I never received a new card from you and I could not get into the lounge.
My number is 112264****. I used to have another number, 101171****. I paid with American Express Delta Sky Miles Gold Card in April 2024. I'm not sure, but I would like to use the card while I travel in Europe now.
Please advise what went wrong. Thank you, Heidrun Tommasi.

I rang to check the number of visits I have made and also to ask about my two complimentary visits I was given after so much trouble last year renewing! I was told they expired on 12/03/25 , I then explained I had been having hospital treatment since last June and the person went to check if she could extend them to 31/03/25.
I was then cut off and also on my second call. The person who I spoke to on my third attempt said I was not allowed to use the complimentary visits after 12/03/25. I find this very upsetting as its not my fault Ive been ill and had major surgery!
I explained I would be able to use them later in March but you obviously have no sympathy! Judith Wilkinson Please reply asap.
Problems with access
No help at all - it felt like the person in the other end did not want to solve my problem. So this was not at good experience

I lost my card im out of the country can you send me an digital card my email? So I can use it when I'm back to us on dec 16 ease
Scam business
I cancelled online, yet they still renewed me and charged my credit card TEN DAYS AFTER I CANCELLED
It's impossible to reach them outside USA, UK or Hong Kong unless you are willing to pay long distance call charges and wait online for two hours.
They are truly a scam.. do not use this company. They are totally fraudulent.
Unable to login
Unable to login the account. Forgot the username and password.
Tried to reactivate the account.
Nothing is working. Frustrating
Sitting in an airport and helpless.
