Back side of my house fire. I signed the Priorty One statement. I had a fire on Sept 5. I'm still waiting to get my repaints done.Do not get PRIORT ONE SERVICES!!!!

I am one month in after completely losing my house due to a house fire. Priority One (Paul and Victor) have been so helpful in dealing with everything.
Ive already gotten more from my insurance than I even realized was due to me.
Their fees are very reasonable because I know that I have gotten and will get more than I would have on my own (exceeding what their fees actually are). I completely recommend this company and do not understand why anyone would leave a negative comment unless its something on your part but not the companys.

I had a loss at my house & hired Priority One Adjustment Services Victor from priority one is professional, & was very helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend this company if u should ever experience a Loss and I truly believe from the bottom of my heart that Victor got the most money he possibly could of for my claim.
His secretary Robin was very helpful throughout the whole process.

In 2015, I experienced a house fire resulting in a total loss. After doing some research on local Adjusters, I chose Victor Tonzillo (Priority One Adjustment Services), and I am very happy with my choice.
Victor was a straight-shooter from the very beginning, always did exactly as he promised in a timely manner, and represented my interests well throughout the entire process - all for a fee that is less than the larger competitors (from my research). I am extremely happy with my claim settlement offer, and very thankful to Victor (and Executive Assistant Robin) for all of the guidance they provided!

They lie, they steal, they are not a legit company. Their whole business is run off of fraudulent activity and will *** over with a smile on their faces. Owner is Paul, with his cousin Victor, worker Fran and receptionist is Robin. its been over a year and I still do not have a home. The boards arent even off my windows from our house fire. They are a sad excuse for a company and they will do you no good to hire them if you want your home fixed. Please learn from my unfortunate mistake and STAY AWAY!!!!
