Priority Nissan Transmission Services Review from Richmond, Virginia

I purchased a Nissan Altima S 2013 with 40K miles. Purchase date was Oct.2014. Since purchase I've had to replace the transmission and now, Sept. 2015, the car won't start at all. The push button ignition not detecting Key. I thought could be key batteries. Took car back to dealer they said it was the STARTER. They claim keys were fine. After paying $760 for new starter, car still wouldn't start so repair tech checked keys at that time replaced batteries and now car starts. DID I NEED THE STARTER REPLACED AT ALL? DID I JUST GET BEAT OUT OF $760??? I was told by the lady who called me that they checked the keys and they were not the problem. She flat out lied because upon me telling her the car still isn't starting she said let me get the tech to check the batteries in your keys. Once replaced the car started without issue.Your thoughts pls....How should I handle this from here? I feel I should receive a refund!
