William Pusateri owner of Priority1 Paving took a $2000 deposit to pave my driveway. After many excuses has failed to do the work.
Attempted district court mediation says he cant afford to return money want a payment plan. Was convicted & served prison time in 2011 for larceny for $29k.
Police wont do anything its a civil matter. Do not give this man any money!
