Returned items sitting at post office

I returned several items ($250 worth) because my printer didn't recognize the cartridges. I contacted customer support before sending them back on 9/16. They detailed what the process is and I followed it. Since then no response from PrintPal at all. The cartridges are sitting at the Central Point OR post office. I have called and left messages several times - no return call. I have sent several messages thru Contact Us - no response! I have bought from PrintPal for 15 years with no issue. All the sudden they are completely unavailable.

Dont Buy extra at this store - Cartridges Programmed to not work after time limit.

I have been a customer with PrintPal for over 20 years and I have NEVER had this much of a hard time. Back in Dec 2018 I bought $81.80 worth of cartridges(4 cartridges -1 black, 1 cyan, 1 yellow, and one magenta)for my HP Office Jet Pro 8720 All In One. My intention was keep extra cartridges on hand. Last week I went to change the yellow cartridge and my printer said that the ink cartridge was inserted incorrectly and could not function. I tried re-installing it several times and still the error. I contacted PrintPal for a replacement/refund and they have ignored me to date. I have sent several emails and calls to customer service go unanswered. Thinking that it just may be a dud cartridge I purchased 1 brand new HP Yellow replacement from Staples and it worked right away!! So I know its the cartridge supplied by PrintPal. Two days later the black cartridge I have been using ran out and I inserted the black one supplied by Printpal and I get the SAME error!!! So I buy a Black one from Staples and it works no problem. So repeat this process with ALL 4 cartridges from PrintPal and NONE of them WORK !!!!! And I have gotten NO RESPONSES FROM PRINTPAL ! I am certain that PrintPal programs the chips on the cartridge NOT to function after the 180 days refund limit!!!!!! A BUNCH OF TOTAL BS. PRINTPAL, you have lost NOT only ME as a Customer but I will make sure I tell everyone in my business circles NEVER TO BUY FROM YOU !!!!!! FURIOUS !!!!

Printpal disrespects customer when THEY SCREW UP

I am an office manager who ordered two toner cartridges. They sent Mag instead of Cyan. After installing the other cartridge, the printer never printed right again. When I contacted the company an extremely unprofessional CS basically refused to resolve the issue. The second time I contacted them, they blatently refused to call or email me back. When I finally chased them down and called they told me to return the cartridges for a refund, but they would not pay for the shipping or shipping supplies. This company feels they do not need to treat their customers with respect or service. They not only lost a business customer, but I have been a faithful private customer for years! bye bye PrintPal... I will NEVER use you again... see how long you stay in business with the attitude you have...

Bought two remanufactured ink jet cartridges from Print Pal? All kinds of problems??

When I opened the packaged and put the cartridges in the printer the black cartridge reads 29% full and the color 92% full. I called them and they tried to blame it on my printer, which is practically brand new and has no problems and has worked perfectly with no problems. They will not admit that their cartridges are bad. Said to call them when I ran out of ink?? I am telling them that the black cartridge is less than 1/3 full instead of full as it should be. and the color is not full either. They have not offered any solutions and only act as if I am wrong. I talked to them on the online chat and in the middle of the conversation, they shut down on their side. I had to call and got the same woman. She gave me the run around and talked in circles about everything except replacing the cartridges, which is the only solution. So far, they have done nothing to resolve this problem. I paid them $40.00 for this order and really have nothing to show for it. I will not have this problem again as I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I have been a customer buying from them for about 3 years and this is how they reward their customers!
