Order for my Brother printer. Ordered two sets of 4 cartridges.
Opened first black cartridge and ink exploded everywhere, on hands, on the wall and on the floor. Cleaned up mess and put of cartridge in the printer. Printer would not recognize the cartridge. I tried the second black cartridge (opened over the sink) and the same thing, ink exploded out of the cartridge.
Called for refund, sent all of the cartridges back.
They refunded only 90% of what I paid. Don't buy from this company

When you buy a printer from Tophatter you will NOT get any printer cartridges, that because Tophatter takes the cartridges out of the boxes and reselles them. I thing this is fraud!

We have a Ricoh color and b/w copiers and have had ongoing billing issues. We pay a base charge that covers Ricoh lease monthly but Ricoh has pulled the meter read at the wrong time over and over which means we pay for impressions that don't get used.
It is really frustrating to talk to them as the customer representatives and the team lead are very very rude. The customer team lead even hung up phone on you instead of working with you.
They charge you over and then they refund it to you later only if they decide that you are overcharged. Their technical support and customer support is the poorest in the nation.

I have purchased a laptop that had wifi that didn't work and I've purchased two printers that do nothing but fail to sense any paper that is put into them, intermittently. I wouldn't waste your time on their sub par products.
