Please remember that when we returned your call - we came to the conclusion that you had ordered form a different company altogether. Your order was placed with ***inkjets, and not with The Printer Ink Warehouse.

Printer ink warehouse does not deliver on it's promises

I have ordered from prointer ink warehouse for quite a while, but only small orders that would fit in an apartment mailbox. I had a large project to do, and make the HUGE mistake of ordering a large amount for this project.

With a deadline fast approaching, my package was never delivered, due to UPS incompetence in following instructions. The bottom line is I had to go out and spend $500 buying cartridges reatil to make the deadline.

Now I am out the money, and getting a run around on a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB, however I feel I should warn others that delivery on large doesn't happen with printer ink warehouse.

sounds like you should be mad at ups not printer ink warehouse I have used them and they have an A+ rating and a iron clad refund policy they really do put the customer first and will refund anything you are not happy with!

Issue seems to be with UPS...not the supplier..writer does not make it clear if supplier was at fault.

It has already been implied, so let me stste it clearly.......you are silly. It seems that PIW put your instructions on the label and UPS screwed up.

Printer Ink Warehouse doesn't deliver, had to buy at retail prices to meet my deadline

I had ordered ink refills from Printer Ink warehouse for several years without an issue, but only small orders. I had a big project so ordered a much larger than normal order.

Despite having "leave package at door" rr=ight on the mailing lable, UPS refused to deliver it. I Never received it, and despite numerous emails they have not refunded my money. I am not dealing with hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card company because they did not follow up, did not get my supplies to me, and does not seem to give a @#$%&.

I ended up having to buy cartridges, at retail.

Save yourself the frustration... order from a company that actually delivers what they promise.
