Daniel S Fnk

Buy Somewhere Else

I purchased cartridges from Printer Filing Station and they could not be filed at all in the standard way cartridges are filled. Just put the ink in the entry hole with a syringe and fill. It was impossible. So I contacted the owner. He states: "You sometimes have to prime the sponge using one of two methods.Method #1 - Take the cartridge to the sink Tilt the cartridge at a 45 degree angle with the sponge side lower and the reservoir side higher.Have ink in the reservoir side and the orange clip off the cartridge.Take the filling hole plug out of the reservoir side and let ink run out the outlet port.If need be, you can put your mouth over the filling hole and blow a little to give it a little more pressure.Put the filling hole plug back ink and let the dripping stop.Method #2 - Seal up the outlet port with tape or the orange clip.Seal up the vent hole on the sponge side, tape should work Fill the syringe half full of ink and then take the needle off the syringe.Remove your filling hole plug Stick the nub of the syringe (where the needle was) into the filling hole and push downs to get an air tight seal. Pull the syringe plunger up to create a vacuum in the cartridge Now push the syringe plunger down to let the sponge soak up the ink.On Method #1 and #2 the sponge might not soak all the way to the top but it doesn't have to. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!! He wants you to put your mouth on the cartridge so you can contact he toxic ink and get it into your system. Even if you can drink this ink would you want to contact a chemical in your mouth or have a child mimic you?? What a jerk. The fact is that the pads are defective and poorly designed. There is no surface energy to suck up the ink. The ink just not flow into the cartridge. Defective junk. So the Owner says he will not pay for an RMA I have to return it! Ridiculous. The cartridges and ink are no good. They are over-priced significantly which I did not know until I checked on the internet. The real bad aspect of this junk outfit is that they send a Jesus Saves Evangelical brochure in your order. This outfit is a religious fanatic company which I did not know. I told the Owner that his practice can be very offensive to Catholic, Muslim. Jews, Jains, Buddhists, et. al. He did not care in the least - his purpose according to him having done this for 20 years is to convert people to Jesus -whatever that means. WOW!! He raves about his family being on a game show and show and included ti in his site. You would think he developed ac cure for cancer - a game show! This outfit is astoundingly bad in returns, religious fanaticism, product quality and defectiveness, customer interaction, safety of the product, ease of use of the product, pricing too high, and very naive Owner in Georgia. Do not buy go somewhere else, as for one thing, you do not want to do their work to get the cartridge to function and you definitely do not want to get ink in your mouth.
