Absolutely shocking service from this company. I ordered a print which has not arrived and I have sent several emails, Facebook and Instagram messages and received no reply.

The phone number provided on the website does not exist. Do not use this company.

I ordered a Night Sky print for a baby gift. I have ordered these from other companies, so I had a standard.

What I received was not the quality of others, but what made it worse was there was a 'planet/star' off the print. When I called customer service on this, they blamed it on me. They said I entered a different date in their template, but as a consumer I saw only the correct date printed on my final review. How would I know what is actually printed, is not the date they used to make it!

And, if so, why wouldn't they have questioned this? Do they not look at their final product before shipping and question the planet randomly off the page?

Unfortunately, Print Frame Co.only offered 12% off a new order and did stand behind the customer or the integrity of their product.
