2014 highlander damaged
Purchase new highlander from Performance. Car has motor mounts problems, oil pump problems, and door window motor problems.
They refuse to fix any of these problems. This dealership needs to be sued including the corporation from illegal sales practice. A CLASS ACTION against this company for illegal practices. Toyota Corporation refuses to acknowledge the damaged to this vehicle.
The arbitrator is 100% for the company because they pays for the service. So it was loss loss situation all around.
The government needs to really get involved with this illegal transaction and stop allowing these no good compan ies to take advantage of the consumers. Stop bailing those company out of their dealt and stop allowing them to continued to put all of america hard workers individual through all of this turmoil.
