Chat rep canceled my order and said they would issue refund. I asked for my items instead and was told they cant do it. I offered to reorder but they wont give me same price.

They make the returns nearly impossible! I was so frustrated that I literally cried!
They make you jump through hoops after hoop after hoop, and right when you think you might have gotten to the point where you can finally return, you had another firewall!
It wasted an hour and a half of my time. I was in their store in California and I thought their stuff was cute but online absolutely not!

I still havent been able to get a hold of them and if they tell me that my stuff cannot be returned because its over 30 days Im gonna be seriously pissed and I will never order from them again!
