Lost clothing
I would not recommend them despite that I have used Prince Plaza cleaners for years and always pleased with the service. Recently I dropped off several items that then were lost by the cleaners. The woman in the back who does the dry cleaning described my clothing and clearly remembered them. The manager indicated that they had no record of me dropping them off, no evidence on security cameras and that I must have FORGOTTEN where I took them. Needless to say I'm just out a pair of trouser jeans, dress shorts and two nice shirts. How convenient!
