Kept charging my credit card after I cancelled

I cancelled my service back in December 2011. I returned the equipment promptly.

To my surprise, they charged my cc a month later. They apologized for the mistake and said I would get a refund in 90 days. so 4 months later, still no refund. I called and an agent charged my cc again by mistake.

So I ended up with 2 charges of 169.50 , totally 339 dollars. After much arguing with the company I got a refund.

I feel sorry for those people that have very busy lives and have no time to waste hours trying to get a refund.

Please never get primus, never ever.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was moved to Primus by Rogers because of some upgrading they had to do and did not include my community. :( I decided to try it out, but the service is HORRIBLE.

When I use it for long distance, it kept disconnecting and I had to redial several times. When I decided to switch to another company, they dinged me with a cancellation fee! Ridiculous after such POOR service! Then they send me a bill even after I have moved already, so I call and told them I was not paying for this as I was already with another company.

Well, guess what, he says my line was still connected to them "for some odd reason" and he will put in an investigation report. Then I call long distance and still experience the cuts during my calls...they have not yet disconnected me. And I try to call their support team, "they are having technical difficulties" with their customer support lines.

Yeah right! Don't go to Primus or it will be an experience from ***!

Can Not get the service right

In the past few months our home phone service was ported bt Rogers to Primus due to the fact that Rogers is no longer in the home phone business in Alberta. We have 3 home phone lines two of them ported properly the third one has been a continuing problem and do one at Primus know why nor can the figure it out.First off they took the long distance service off one line for no reason, after a multitude of calls they finally got it fixed .Now they have completely discontinued the service to the line and no one there knows why they did that either. Now they tell me that they might have to reassign me a new number.

I did not request the phone number be discontinued and they have no idea why they did it.How can I have any faith in Primus when they don't know what they are doing.Better get myself a new phone company. OH yes I do know why Primus has so many problems they are associated with Telus.
