They sell gray market goods.

They are crooks. They sold me a gray market Nikon, i.e., not intended for sale in the United States. As a result, Nikon authorized agents will not repair my camera. I didn't discover this until I needed repairs, three years after I bought the camera, so I couldn't file anything with the Better Business Bureau which has a 12 month limitations period. They were awful to deal with when I purchased the camera, but I didn't realize they were actually violating the law. I am approaching the US Attorney's Office where I live to see if they can investigate.
