You won’t get your refund easily if at all

They owe me a refund and have never sent it and every time I follow up with them (5+ times at this point) they make excuses for why I still havent gotten my refund and they keep making excuses that they will send it. On and on and on. They wont let you speak to someone above them to get it handled in a satisfactory manner. I am just seeing at this point they arent sending my refund and want me to give up. I am not the first customer this has happened to.

Not dispensing or pumping water. It powers on and thermostats working fine but issue is water pump not working correctly as it doesnt dispense any single drop of water . Thanks to recommend solution.

Filled 2 five gallon bottles of water and was charged $9.40. Paid using a debit card at a water station outside of a Family Dollar store in Grants New Mexico. Dont have money to throw away. Live paycheck to paycheck.

My time to call customer service is only during weekends. The leak that happened to my water dispenser Friday last night. So customer service should be open also on weekends.

Do not purchase the Glacier Water Dispenser, any of them. It might last a year and then it starts to leak water from the sprout. 5 gallons of water on my kitchen floor this morning. Very poor quality made equipment!! Do not BUY!!!

Water dispenser took my $2.50 again

Last time this happened I sent pictures and reported it to the same family dollar store and the only family dollar in my city and they said the same thing, which was contact Glazier. So I would like to say if its on your property and in front of your building, show a little liability. Bottom line is its broken down half the time and the other half takes the patrons money.

Water dispenser took my $2.50 again

I have to travel an additional 1/2 to get water from another company in bulk. This location in Floral city at the Family Dollar store is either not working or takes the coin but doesnt dispense. I usually bypass the store to avoid getting annoyed. You contact Glaziers number and they are now owned or have been owned by Primo. Either way fix this problem or remove it.
