Poor customer service

PrimeWay Federal Credit Union - Poor customer service
Had to go into branch 2 hours away to close deceased sisters accounts Only bank I had to physically go into Everyone else would accept email copys of death certificate etc An hour and a half procedure A sleeping security guard A rep that had to take a 7 minute bathroom break And Not one person in the bank said sorry for your loss I have been in banking That is poor customer service from start to finish Entire branch needs retraining I think it was their headquarters too
