We have been members for 5 years in that time we have had two vacations through them. The first one to Cabo San Lucas they gave me quotes for airfare and all inclusive resort.
I found cheaper prices by myself and called them. After some haggling they finally agreed to the lower prices I found. Second experience was a trip from the hot deals sheet to South Lake Tahoe. A condo week for $165.
It was a nice place but it was under remodeling so there was a lot of things unavailable including the restaurant being closed. We were not informed of this when we booked.

Verified ReviewerLies Lies Lies
Nothing we were told in the sales presentations is anything close to being true. "You will never pay more than $600.00 per week for a condo" What a crock of you know what.
Absolute waste of money. And I handed it over like a fool!

Prime continues to lie and not follow up with my claim
No contact from Primetime Vacations. I have attempted by phone, email and social media. I do however receive calls from the sales group trying to sell me their vacation packages.
They tell BBB that they have taken care of the problem and then time passes and they do nothing.
I've worked with the BBB and Prime. Prime told BBB they resolved my issue and that they would reimburse me the funds I paid within 45 days.
Well that never happened.
I spoke to them and they said it was working days and those days passed and still they have NOT reimbursed me, contacted me or answered my calls or emails.
Their sales people have tried to get me to attend a presentation where I tell them my story. Still NO REPLY!!

Primetime vacations specials presntation - LIED
We attended their presentation, liked what we heard, paid and signed up. Once we got home, we did more research and found out that everything the presenter told us was a LIE.
Everything the presenter told us was a LIE. When we spoke with the company directly and told them the information we received; they let us know that the information was NOT CORRECT. As they took our money, they convinced us that we would be better off using the services they provide than receiving the gifts they offered us to attend the presentation. It took close to a month to receive most of the gifts we were offered to attend their presentation.
Month's later we have not received all they offered. The Third party travel services that were the offered as incentives to attend the presentation have not provided us the services we paid them for. Their customer service is poor at best. the company is located in central time; when they return calls it is early California time and they tell you to call back; they do not provide a extension or name, so when you call them back you get caught up in their phone loop to leave a message again.
then maybe within a week I receive a call again.
I send detailed email's with my payments and phone call's I have made with the specific response I am looking to receive from them. I have been calling and emailing weekly since July with no resolution to my issues.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
