I Ordered 1 (one) of the Primeskin Beauty Water, was charged for 2 orders and got 2. Again this is NOT WHAT I ORDERED.

Their final billing/charged system is VERY, VERY, VERY UNCLEAR.

They don't confirm what you order or what the final charge would be.I was HAPPY and now I am NOT. JUST ANOTHER WAY THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO MAKE MONEY!I don't need it and I don't want it, in the GARBAGE IT GOES..............................

Never received order. Nonexistent customer service.

I placed an order on 2/6 and received a message that the shipping label had been created on 2/7. It's 2/21 and I still haven't received the order.

It's supposed to take three days. Every customer service interaction is with an AI email bot who gives me the same link to track the package which says the same thing: the label was created on 2/7. There has been no update.

I've been told twice that my case has been transferred to a team that will take care of it, but still nothing has happened. Yet, I continue to receive emails asking me to buy more.
