I have been with prime trust since I was 16 years old. I am now 53.
I had an issue within an associate, that my card was used to purchase things and was Fraud. I understand that Prime Trust has to protect other customers. I appreciate that and Im in for this. I am very sorry, but Im being punished unfairly.
My debit card was taken for three months as I asked the Prime Trust worker to please check into what was going on with my debit card and who is getting money from my account. I did my part I did what she said I called the consumer and told them that this was not my charge, they they refunded my money she didnt do her part, but Im being punished and taking my debit card they finally give it back 3 1/2 months later and then theyre gonna close my wheres my money supposed to go I didnt do anything wrong so therefore I asked the president of Prime Trust to please review this case and see that I did nothing wrong. I reported fraud as my bank told me too as the lady that help me with my stuff told me too my debit card was taken by an associate and purchase things that I did not purchase ice. I explained this all to the lady and again I got punished now now theyre gonna close my countdown.
I am retired. I get a retirement check that goes straight into Prime Trust , my checks since I was 16 years old has went straight into Prime Trust.
Ive never had a problem not until I met this lady. The lady is now removed from my life and I had a problem since I do apologize for the inconvenience but I thought my bank was supposed to work with me not me here in Indiana
