Horrible Customer Service
PRIMETIME ATHLETIC DOESNT NEED YOUR BUSINESS: this is how they treat long time members trying to explain that they kept getting charged (beyond the 30-day cancellation fee) after calling cancelling multiple times due to impact of COVID so they finally call cc company to stop payment:
"we were open every day in 2021 and my email address has been the same since you joined in 2012. any email could have solved the prior amount in question and yes we have managed to stay in business in spite of all challenges during the covid period. thanks for considering a new membership!"

Verified ReviewerPrimetime Athletic Club in Burlingame. I received a bill of over $400 during the first part of the covid pandemic. I called about the issue many times and never received any callbacks
They tried to charge for many months during the pandemic . I asked why and they said , well we were closed then opened up for a couple weeks , then closed again and then opened up again.
Unbelievable, I requested many times to speak with the accounts lady who never responded. Finally I gave up .

Prime Time Athletic Club is a scam!!
Prime Time of Burlingame is such a scam! My family and I used to be members for 12 years.
We moved from San Francisco back in the 80's and were happy with the gym for quite sometime until they hired idiots at the front counter. The kids at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. Plus the fees they charge are crazy high. Owners are complete freaks too.
The one lady however Karen is very helpful in cancelling our membership but they charge way to much money but the pool is nice and clean. They are not nice peoples!!!
do you realize that in order to provide so much equipment and facilities, they have to charge a certain amount??? and it costs money to keep a pool clean. dumb@***s
