Repair not successful

I was sent this company through my home warranty to fix a simple toilet leak. They sent out a technician called Josh, who was literally here for about 10 minutes.

When he left, I discovered that I still had the leak. I went through my warranty and had them come back, they sent Josh out again. I was very specific about where the water was coming from. It was coming from out from under the bottom of the toilet between the bottom of the toilet and the floor.

This seems like something that even a semi knowledgeable Plumber should know. Josh again was at my house for about 10 minutes. and surprise the leak is still here. While Josh was here, he told me that if there was a problem that I should call back in to the company not to my warranty and they would come right out and fix it.

So I did that and I spoke to a very rude person on the phone who said no that they could not schedule an appointment that I would have to go back through my warranty. Unfortunately, I've been really busy and I went over 30 days so I called them back today after discovering that no I was not supposed to go back through my warranty. I was supposed to call them to schedule and was told I was over the 30 days and would have to do a new request. Which is causing a new $125.

Poor customer service. Service technicians, lacking, and knowledge would not use again.
